THE ORDER OF SPEAKERS IS PRINTED ON THE AGENDA AVAILABLE ON THE TABLE AT THE DOOR.  WHEN A SPEAKER BEGINS, A GREEN LIGHT ON THE TIMER WILL GO ON. THIRTY SECONDS PRIOR TO THE EXPIRATION OF THE SPEAKER’S TIME, A YELLOW LIGHT WILL GO ON WITH A BEEP, AND THE RED LIGHT AND BUZZER SIGNALS THAT THE SPEAKER IS NOT TO CONTINUE BEYOND THAT POINT.

 

ALL SPEAKERS HAVE BEEN REQUESTED TO PROVIDE THEIR TESTIMONY IN ADVANCE.  IF YOU HAVE NOT PROVIDED THE TESTIMONY IN ADVANCE, PLEASE GIVE 20 COPIES TO STAFF (LOCATED AT THE RIGHT FRONT OF THE AUDITORIUM) NOW. IF YOU ARE SCHEDULED TO SPEAK, I WOULD ASK THAT YOU MOVE TO THE FRONT WHEN THE PERSON BEFORE YOU IS CALLED TO THE PODIUM. IN THIS WAY, WE CAN EXPEDITE THE HEARING.
