Presentation and discussion will include an overview of the history of the Relocatable Classrooms Program, the direct impact of capital budget reductions, and the year-round processes involved to ensure adequate teaching stations are provided in a timely manner.

An overview of the procurement process will be presented.  Staff will highlight all aspects of the procurement process, including outreach activities for minority-,female-,or disable-owned businesses.

Each April 30, the Board of Education President is required to report to the President of the County Council the projected year-end results of Category 12, Fixed Expenses, as they related to health benefits and pension. 

In January 2016, Fidelity Investments became the sole approved administrative services provider for the voluntary employee retirement savings plans--403(b)/457(b) plans.  This discussion will describe the results of the transition and address any questions members may have.
